The location was great - close to centre of town and fast WiFi, it was very clean

Good and fast service, well trained staff
Despite good connections by bus or subway, the hotel is a little far from the center.

The hotel staff was very friendly, the room was clean and well furnished. Also the shower with WC was comfortable. The breakfast was very rich and the coffee was very good.
Although our room was on the 9th floor it was very dark. There was very little daylight in the narrow alley.

Location very convenient. Bus from airport stops right in front of hotel. Free Internet is much appreciated. Rooms were average size but very comfortable and clean. Wide variety of television channels available.
We asked for 2 twin rooms and 1 king room. On arrival they said that no twin rooms available but after asking again if we could please at least have one twin room, they accommodated us. In addition, they managed to give us rooms close to each other which was good.

We couldn't find any local pubs, so we had to use the hotel bar which was on the expensive side.

Business hotel with international, solid standards. Ca. 5 - 6 minutes walk to subway station, busses are right outside (ca. 100 m) on Nathan Road. Efficient hotel with friendly staff. Due to Nathan Road nearby, rooms on upper floor are preferred. My request for a room on the upper floor was complied with.

There were several choices of hotels that meets my concern and requirements for my recent holiday with my family. From the very start when I browsed, Novotel Nathan was my best choice. Novotel Nathan is a minimalist, modern, very clean and has reasonable rates. It was quite a satisfaction as Novotel Nathan appears to be as it is described in the reviews I read.. I would recommend Novotel Nathan to other people.
The only disappointment was, wi-fi can only be used at the lobby and the rate was too expensive. Although they have the free ones on the I-macs but the drawback of this facility is we have to queue with other users. It was not flexible enough and not "worth-it" having to go to the lobby just to use a high-rate charged wi-fi. It was too expensive for the ability of usage at the lobby only..but yet this too was expected. For this matter, Novotel Nathan needs an improvement to compete with other hotels for their additional facility.
